Consideration around global jurisdiction legality compliance, use of an existing design system, and close collaboration with stakeholders to translate a traditionally in-person service to a digital experience without losing the integrity of these relationships.

Royal Caribbean Booking System
Feature Integration & User Experience
New cruise-booking software design featuring two interfaces, allowing both staff and customers to create and amend, multi-faceted cruise bookings. A customer portal area was structured to be accessed from the Royal Caribbean website.

Conceptual Housing Management Software and App, with AI Analysis
UI & User Experience
A fully accessible app to allow social housing tenants to identify and report issues within their housing placement, and automatically arrange appointments with contractors to get the issue fixed. This data is then analysed and presented to the social housing group, encouraging well-informed business decisions.

Through the Product Manager we learnt that current clients and prospective clients have been asking for an email replication feature within FundPortal. This was even proving to be a make-or-break selling point. during sales calls, so the sales team were also keen to have this implemented.

Redesigning and updating the Garvin Industries website in line with their acquisition partners, Southwire Ltd. All items were to be shown in a range of product detail pages, with the user ability to view and place orders for varying quantities and delivery options, set up their user or company account, and manage repeat subscriptions.

After working on adding a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to the FundPortal platform, one of the next features heavily requested by our users was a Kanban Board, specifically for the management of Deals between them and their clients.

Most of my experience is for products that don't have obvious answers. Where competing needs, compliance requirements, and legacy constraints have to be factored in before screens start getting designed.
I do my best work when I'm involved early, helping to shape the problem before jumping to solutions. I collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders, and I like to keep communication clear and honest at each stage.
